Its because the dev server closed. All posts like that get locked regardless of community outcry gaijin has no interest in adding the MLU 1 and would rather skip Finlands first unique Hornet because we aren’t the US, we cant say it unfair and get whatever we want for air like they can. Im more incluned to believe the 1994 model was chosen because MLU 1 was too similar to the US model which they didn’t want to takeaway from the US as stated by Smin as to why inferior models are added. So again its just favoritism of the US and gaijin continuing to make sweden the worst air nation in game.
Cant detect K band is the only difference in RWR. But it is a noticeable difference for playing CAP in GRB

I think a dev posted in this thread that they will add another Hornet later in the swedish tree.
If you check the link i sent all of us had a basic agreement. Adding the MLU 2 is dumb. It doesn’t fix the F-18C being bad. It skips the first unique finnish Hornet the MLU 1 which would be on par A2A wise as the US model as it has HMD. Us needing to wait 6 updates to get a vehicle on par with the current 14.0 US hornet is dumb and if you immediately decide to think that answer is acceptable then you have no right to have an opinion on the matter imo.
Gaijin has constantly given the swedish air tree the middle finger and being told to wait for a 14.0 equivalent that skips one of the Finnish Hornets is a dumb idea. And only further expedites the rate at which sweden air runs out of aircraft.

He is a game master, he has no authority of what comes, he handles chat bans and thats it. I suggest you delete your post as its just incorrect info. No offense, community managers and devs are the only titles you should listen to.
Especially when Shindbee has biased opions and says that the Swedish air players are greedy asking for a Hornet thats on par with the US model when poor Germany didn’t get the Swiss F/A-18C. Yes lets listen to him.
The only real info we have comes from Smin who also cant be trusted as he created a fake name for a Finnish Hornet and only after i asked him did he explain that he was referring to MLU 2. Gaijin has actively avoided saying they are skipping MLU 1 but the fact they have stated they have no plan for multiple later Finnish hornet models to be added and that the next hornet will have A2G means the MLU 2 is the only one planned. Its poor handling of a TT and is only being dome like this because they have no interest in fixing sweden air.

Yes you’re right, I didn’t know that update would be only in 6 update nor it will fix anything.
6 updates is more so me being sarcastic. Smin stated the next hornet for Finland will have A2G. Then he also stated its not on the table for anytime this year or next year as its just not on the current list of vehicles. Now supposedly BVVD on the Russian devstream stated MLU 2 will be added next patch but i cant confirm that.

I am probably the most loud player when it comes to this so the whole Finnish F-18 fiasco is very much something i have a lot of info on as i argueed with Smin the most. I alone didn’t just ask for something to be dome about the poor balancing but again as we arent the US playerbase we cant just cry and get what we want for aircraft like they can. The 229 situation is evidence of that.
