Typical gaijin fumble, same thing has happened on the Israeli F-16 visual models having more flares than it does in game, plus they left the taiwanese MLU with 60 cm even though the 3rd flare block on the tail is painfully visible
Personally I want to see an F/A-18D from our air force, it’s the ones i watched do highway landings a couple years ago and I love the twin cockpit configuration =D

imo they should keep the Pre-MLU 1 as an event/future prem
There is already a premium f18 in the USA and the Swedes have a premium Viggen with RB99s so I think yes the C Early in events like the M2000 CS4 would be a good alternative

yeah the F-18 isnt great in terms of general flight performance
12.7 in ground without any ground ordnance is strange. Kind of gives me hope they are planning to change it to the mlu2.

like the acceleration and top speed is just bad you hardly go over mach 1.05 on the deck (but that was always predictable since the F-18 in general is not a top performing aircraft kinematically)
yeah but its also the reason i think its weird to put it at 14.0, it just doesnt have the performance to be at this BR

well they could put it at 13.7 but i wouldnt put it any lower because of the missile load.
We will need a new top BR if we want to make it more competitive
no lower than 13.7 would just be dumb, but 13.7 is perfect for it imo

They have changed aircraft before like the f15e recieving the upgraded engines but yeah it probably wont be changed
its a massive difference, i hope they will make the current one the MLU 1 (so it can get HMD)
and i suspect the MLU 2 will be added in an update or 2-3

Personally, on this point I didn’t see a big difference. In the aerobatic battles, all the F18s seemed to have the same FM so for me nothing is really different, at least, that would really impact the gameplay.
The US C seems to be heavier than the C early or the A, but has more engine power. The Swedish one I cant test
