Seems ‘Uniqueness’ is only allowed for the Big-Two (US/USSR).
Especially, only some of the chosen selection of their vehicles which Gaijin likes.

But honestly, the fact that APG-65 has gun director capability and that APG-73 is an upgraded 65 would mean 73 has a gun director. So basically gaijin is following some fantasy wot like choices.

Depends on whatever source they have. I dont have anything stating that EEGS was restored on the MLU so its most likely a bug from gaijin using the F/A-18A to create the F-18C and are simply too lazy to admit a mistake. If im wrong then ill gladly take back my comment but until otherwise it seems more like a mistake on their end.
Gaijin should prove that it was disabled/removed to begin with, Finland has used APG-73 since getgo and gun director has been there since APG-65. So its 99.99% gaijin being lazy.
Thats not how it works, they dont have to prove anything. They can close a bug report without giving a full answer other than their sources say otherwise. Honestly considering essentially every other nation gets what they want for an aircraft this patch i have no interest in the dumpster fire here. I think its more so they dont want to annoy the US players because copy paste. More so i think if the Finnish Hornet had HMD and ect ect not counting A2G then you’ll have US mains crying that the F-18C weighs 580kg less and claim bias. Some already did that once they reqd it weighs less but didn’t bother to see the plethora of negatives. Its a problem of stuff being added in a poor state. And unfortunately gaijin is deadset on a worthless vehicle being added, ill go back and play Finland when they actually offer something worth grinding. I have no interest in flying food when the same vehicle but better in nearly everyway exists at the same BR especially when gaijin thinks this is an acceptable bandaid fix for the lack of a 14.0
