Technically the vehicle is under somalia currently so…
They need to give it APDS, I can’t play any other RH202 HVAP it is torture

I played the R3 for a few games and it’s so much worse than I remembered
I could barely pen a pz3 j side on (Couldn’t do anything to even the proto panther side on because of shell shatter)
It really should be at like 4.0, considering it is coax food, gets no stabilizer and the gun handling is horrid

With the FIAT 6616 (UB) arriving in the game, I’m pretty confident we’ll be seeing the regular FIAT 6616 fitted with the Rh202 in due time. Both models are the same besides the rocket launcher and whatever that weird mortar launcher thing is on the turret of this current battle pass vehicle.
We also need to advocate for DM63 on this and future 6616 variants anyway. HVAP might be the end of this battle pass vehicle if nothing changes.

The FIAT 6616 (UB) in-game is currently modelled with a non-functional mortar. The FIAT 6616 (UB) is also currently missing DM63, as stated in my previous message, and the ammo crate unfortunately only covers its rockets in-game as well.
Hopefully the mortar actually gets modelled, since it’d add more to an already unique battle pass vehicle, but DM63 (APDS) is needed for balancing reasons. This thing will struggle with DM43 (HVAP), especially against the things it’ll face.

I’m extremely welcoming towards more Italian IFV’s, but without the APDS DM63, this things isn’t that useful…

R3 T20 has been heavily nerfed over the years (stabilizer, accuracy/dispersion, mobility) and pushed up to 6.0 while keeping basic ammunition. Years ago, the community asked to give it APDS belts, reclassify it as a Light Tank (which is what it actually is), and put it at a proper BR around 7.0-7.3, but nothing was done.
FIAT 6616 has a very poor implementation in-game. Limited turret elevation and related speed make it weak as an SPAA, while the lack of sub-caliber belts combined with the awkward roof rocket pod severely limit its overall performance as a light tank at 6.0.
Other nations get similar light wheeled autocannons with APDS/DM63 at higher BRs that are actually fun and useful to play.
Hopefully, in the future, we will see a proper high-BR Tech Tree version or the Peruvian FIAT 6616 (with APDS/DM63 belts and ATGMs) to finally give Italy a solid fast scout at 7.7-8.0. Personally, I also hope for a C13 T25, especially now that the autocannon turret model is already implemented in-game, or the FIAT 6616 T25 prototype (equipped with the 25mm Oerlikon KBA with improved turret elevation)

I’ve previously tried to suggest vehicles operated by the YPG / Rojava and they were rejected, so not sure. Maybe this changes something, maybe not.
According to Norinco’s own brochure; there is no mention of the 73C having tandem
73D and further have tandem

Does anyone know whether the FIAT 6616 was ever equipped with NVDs? The AUBL/74 and AUBL/74 HVG both have them in-game, but the FIAT 6616 (UB-16) currently doesn’t, even though all three are derivatives of the same vehicle, the FIAT 6616.
Additionally, what type of fire control system did the FIAT 6616 use in real life (if it even had any)? I’m just curious about that as well.
