Does anyone know whether the FIAT 6616 was ever equipped with NVDs? The AUBL/74 and AUBL/74 HVG both have them in-game, but the FIAT 6616 (UB-16) currently doesn’t, even though all three are derivatives of the same vehicle, the FIAT 6616.
Additionally, what type of fire control system did the FIAT 6616 use in real life (if it even had any)? Just curious.

Here is something somewhat related to this suggestion (the bigger brother of the FIAT 6616): the Centauro VBC TC 20, fitted with essentially the same turret as found on the FIAT 6616 TC 20 Rh 202 (i.e. the vehicle suggested here).

I don’t believe so. It uses the exact same turret as the FIAT 6616 (UB-16) in-game iirc. I also found the corresponding suggestion for it.
I also wonder how the Peruvian FIAT 6616 would perform in-game. The firepower, other than its missiles, would probably be quite limited for its BR, and the lack of a stabiliser might make the gameplay rough. However, depending on which specific missile it receives in-game (and, of course, its battle rating), it’ll either be quite good or quite bad to play.

I opened the link and it said it was also possible to install the Dardo TC-25 HITFIST Turret.
The options could be one of the two as a Premium and the other as tech tree, in my opinion the TC-20 turret one should go to Tech Tree while the TC-25 HITFIST Turret as a Premium because it’s basically a VBC PT2

Unlocked the FIAT 6616 (UB-16), and my experience with it is actually pretty nice (albeit, I’m artificially uptiering myself to 8.0). The firepower is overall decent, with a rapid firing 20mm that deals decent damage (thank God Gaijin gave it APDS), and rockets that aren’t even hard to aim.
The rockets are incredibly handy when doing CQC and for dealing with heavily armoured targets. The mobility is quite insane, with you pulling ahead of your entire team, and the only thing I’d highlight as being quite bad is the gun elevation and depression (-5.0° is quite rough and the elevation could be better for when handling aerial targets).
Overall, this vehicle is quite decent and maybe even quite good. I’d recommend uptiering yourself just a bit to avoid the Tiger IIs. I even managed to get myself a nuke.
With how the FIAT 6616 (UB-16) performs in-game, I’m genuinely looking forward to the Peruvian FIAT 6616 now
