I never fired a shot and as you can see by time stamp its right after spawn. But says I did the team kill lol lol its messed up. Also this person was behind me so how does it think I shot it? Did my bullets explode when it rammed me from behind?
Yea, it’s a bit dumb.
I would suggest making a bug report about it probably, idk.
This bugs/game mechanic been in the game a long while and it would be a bit hard to code around this sense the game cant tell who’s at fault.
But in short, you should be fine. Unless it’s an every match occurrence, you won’t get punished for the tk’s.
But if something does happen like a ban, Contact a mod asap with screenshots and possible replays if possible and plead your case.

To add to above user, create a report on the player that did this to you using the server replay function. A guide on how to create a correct report for each issue can be found here: (How to properly report players and contact Game Masters!).
Any sort of “paper trail” is good to have in cases like these and since the offending teamkill did not show up in the battle-log a report also creates a trail of intent towards the player that did this. It makes it easier to see a pattern of behaviour and subsequently punish accordingly.
That being said, please avoid publishing images containing player names in cases concerning rule-breaking.
