I’d like to know if it’s possible to file a complaint for incompetence.
How can Snail accuse me of piracy if I only used items it made available for editing in the cockpit customization? This is pathetic.

Please send a private message to a moderator of the relevant team if you have any question about moderation and/or why a specific judgement was made. You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: ( Who is who and Reporting Procedure ).
If you do not get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the same team to the initial message instead of sending a new message. This preserves the date of the message and doesn’t make it look like a new request. Do also note to not start with the seniors and only include them if the regular moderators cannot help you or you wish to appeal further.
