Russian Bias is not real. In fact, I believe Germany is better than russia at ground. Even more controversially, I believe the abrams can beat the T90M, or t 80BVM.
I am specifically talking about Germany. In low-low mid tier, which is like3.7-5.7, germany has better firepower and somewhat comparable armour to russia. T 34 (1940-1941) is not as good as the pz 4 series. Also, what the hell is up with panthers and tigers? i mean, jesus. VK3002m is basically panther D at 5.0, with constant downtiers to 4.7 or 4.3. a KV 1 will not be able to pen the VK frontally anywhere. On the other hand, the vk doesn’t even need to aim against a kv1.
Now, moving onto 5.7-6.7, germany has the tiger, which is basically invincible when angled properly, but russia has the IS 1. wow, IS 1. Now at 6.7, we have the Tiger 2 P/H for Germany, and the IS 2 for russia. The tiger 2 has great firepower and decent reload, and so does the IS 2, except for its lifetime reload. the tiger 2 will surely kill the is 2 before it can reload. I would be ranting more on this russia vs Germany br bracket but germany always gets uptiered to 7.7 sooo cant talk too much.
Im gonna glaze over 8.0 and go directly to top tier, 10.3. Ok, Germany has the Leopard 2a4, good frontal armour, paper side armour, like all german tanks. Great firepower though. Ok, lets see what we have for 10.3 russia. WOWZERS! T 72A fighting Leopard 2a4s, which is one whole bracket below! Ok, we also have the T 80B. Not bad, but if you aim center mass then its over for the Russian tanks. Boom, turret comes off cuz no blowout panels. oh, you cant pen because of era? that’s ok, shift one cm lower and boom, he’s dead.
Same thing can be said for top tier russian ground. When playing against Germany, you have to be smart and think, ok so I’m on this atom right now, let me shift a decimeter to the left to just pen and get his gunner.
Dont even get me started on the reverse speeds and gun deppression. 4 KM/H??? wtf? also, wow, 4 degrees of deppresion. great. the russian citizens must have taken all of that deppresion. these two basically makes russia unplayable on desert maps like sands of sinai.
In conclusion, if anything, Germany is the most OP. I am writing this from my experience at 10.3. I deeply regret not choosing to pursue germany and getting the leopards. this is basically my rant about russia
If anyone can convince me russia is on the same level or even better that germany, I would love to hear.
