Said friend isn’t even close to a 1:1 K:D with a single vehicle, but he’s going to kill a jet in bi-plane?

Again, the simplest solution and one where everyone wins, is to just remove the ability to team kill in realistic battles. In sim battles, everything is fair game. But if there’s no consideration for intent, then it should probably just be disabled, which would remove any and all guess work.
It isn’t hard in GRB, but adding very tight rank/Br restrictions will lead to a net negative gameplay experience.
You know that is not what they meant, they meant there are more than 100 TK’s per day across the playerbase.
It’s snarky comments and a close-minded mentality such as these that bring concern to players. You are unsupportive to players with no real evidence besides “you teamkilled sometime in our game” take our word for it. Let players have the same information that these “admins” had to make these ban decisions and if they can clearly determine an intentional TK, they are more than capable of sharing a server replay with the ban. And not showing TK stats because a few people will “TK brag” is a poor argument as it makes it easier to ban them if they brag. Helldivers 2 keeps TK stats but there is no TK problem over there. If every TK is the same, then everyone should get banned the second they get a TK with your logic, accidental or not. Poor execution with no constructive feedback/progress, deeply concerning for the future of this game and game modes.
Edit: Spelling
Ground is one thing, these vehicles can do something, most can kill a modern MBT from the side and are useful for some niche stuff like early base caps and some goofy tactics with actual purpose. Would it be better to have a normal MBT instead? Maybe, but let people have some fun, it’s a game after all.
In air uptiering more than like 5-6 BRs of your vehicle should probably be disabled, a biplane won’t even reach the battlefield in a jet match, let alone do anything

Yeah pretty disappointing that is the attitude we get from “staff” when we are the ones that pay for this game.
so why don’t they just REMOVE team damage from ARB? you are banning people for accidently killing teammates with a missile that cannot identify teammates & enemies and (has a chance of being) unable to stop once it launches. Making players UNABLE to team fight, just to make the game realistic? At least make radar missiles never lock on teammates, or do no damage to teammates.
Also victims of TKs should have the right to FORGIVE the teamkiller and NOT to punish them. Accidents do happen. You shouldnt ban a person for team killing while the victim has already forgive them.
Yes you are completely right. Heres a quote from the admins:
All bans are justified. Closes Thread
For grinders, they play a lot, so there would be more possible TKs. If you ban them for TKing to much, thats unfair.
For normal players, they play less, so there would be less possible TKs. They can TK on purpose without getting banned if you treat them as grinders.
The amount of TKs to reach to issue a ban should depend on their play time, not a simple static value.
It should mostly depend on whether they are intentional or not.
Intentional TKs should be punished harshly.
staffs dont have that much time. Why can they ban tens of thousands of accounts in one month? did they review the playback of ALL of them? of course not. Comparing TKs to play time is the best solution
Hmmmmmm…Sounds like you could of just J out to prevent a TK after you told him to bomb where you are at. Sure, it would give a kill to the enemy but better than getting you teammate in trouble for TK.
staffs cant tell whether they are intentional or not. there are too many reports
How do you know that?
I don’t know why you’re still trying to argue, all this discussion will lead to the same end as most things here on the forum, ignored
There have been several arguments that contradict this punishment system for TK, and they don’t even differentiate between accidental and intentional,
edit: but I hope this is at least a start to later punish racism in chat too, I’m tired of seeing things like '‘breathe if you hate N-word (Black)’, ‘‘activate smoke if you hate gay’’
Speaking of this, a few days ago someone TK’d me for calling out their squadmate bringing in low tier planes into Top Tier… I reported the teamkill, but can’t see them on the list. F.
The “just having fun!!111!1” folks strike again. Not the first time this happens. Sometimes it’s the lower tier planes themselves that blast everyone on the runway, too.
Burden their teams by bringing in useless planes, having their teammates execute their own teammates for calling them out or straight up blasting everyone on the runway… but those of us who are fed up with them are the problem because “they just haev funn!!1”.
It gets handled, i can promise you that. Please remember to report the guy doing that.
How hard is it to just program the chat to just chat ban someone for using such words? You have the setting to turn foul language on and off which is turned off by default. Instead of just blurring those words, why not instant chat ban them? Tell me a time when such words as “F-Slur” or “N-word” (this acutally goes for any racial slur) would ever be used in an actual conversation that isn’t in a malicious way? There isn’t, so just auto ban such words from being typed and chat ban those who try. It seems like these problems are all self-made when there are many ways to deal with it in a proactive way instead of reactive like you are doing currently with teamkills.
No I have a better Idea
Instead of adding new filters
Get rid of chat completely
Giving people free reign is bad
Especially when we have the wheel
Really no reason to allow irrelevant messages
