They don’t care about alt accounts and account trading, despite the ToS very clearly prohibiting these.
This is a fact at this point. I have reported many suspicious but non-cheating alt accounts, none of them got banned, ever.

Last guy had his previous account (rmn18ct177) banned for cheating, I reported it. This one just keeps cheating. 3+ k/d, barely any playtime. Typical.
You really think that changing nickname will clean your registry? If someone is breaking rules, he will be banned. We cannot check all reports at once, sorry.

That’s why GMs get a lot of PMs that “it was a joke, I did not wanted ot sell my account”? Oh boi, if you are so sure that nothing bad can happen, be the b̶r̶a̶v̶e̶ stupid one and publish info that you want to sell or trade your account. I know how it will ends. With BAN.
The fact that someone is using a language you do not understand does not mean they are cheating. War Thunder brings together millions of players from almost every country in the world (maybe from all the countries, it’s been a long time since I checked it last), but it’s not the country of origin, religion, hair colour or number of toes on the left foot that makes someone a cheater or not. The only thing cheaters have in common is their own stupidity (and the fact that sooner or later their account will be banned). By applying patches, you are not putting the person you are applying the patch to in a bad light, you are putting yourself in a bad light. This is not the 19th century. Please stop this xenophobia or stop posting on our forums.

i first read it as “game update” meaning of patch but i think you mean “sticker” version of patch.

Gaijin cares only because people write to the support. Not because it has a direct effect on the game.
Why? If you actually enforced those ToS points, you would ban DOLLARplays right now. He used an alt account in one of his videos. You will not ban him though, because he generates revenue.
Same with squadrons that consist only of alt accounts. I don’t mind coward companies (afraid to enforce rules despite it meaning less revenue), however I despise dishonesty and lies. Just say you let people break the ToS for money, I won’t complain anymore then.
So you say that it’s xenophobic to state the fact that 57% of cheaters I have found in the last few weeks were chinese? Not sure why I expected anything more sensible.
I don’t label (the word you were looking for probably) any nation anything. Statistics generated by my experience in the game (about 6 months of pure palytime) are not affected by my opinions.
So again… change the ToS or enforce those rules.
Above wrote a few people with alt accounts. 100% not their first. Reported all of them, none of them are banned.
If you cared about ToS 3.4, you would have a bot flagging (for manual review) new accounts with high k/d. Many accounts basically yell “I’m an alt/cheater” extremely loudly with their stats.
