Failed to load player profile

im having failed to load player profile issue at the moment. Anyone having the same issue or is it just me ? and are there any ongoing server maintenance ? Thanks in advance

I had no problem logging in just now. AFAIK the player profile is stored client side. Maybe do a “file check” (under the wrench icon).

i installed this game on steam brother. Not with the WT launcher

i’m having the same problem, and thats after deleting cache and doing the file check after… and a reboot in between…

Any Update - I am now having this issue on PC also 0 First time in 14 years

I have: Verified files, Reset router, Checked open ports, Confirmed I do not own or run Kaspersky, Have disabled Windows Defender, Redownloaded the Launcher, Confirmed my account by logging in via webpage. Cleared Game Cache. Been 2 hours of trying & failing to log in with the 81110013 code being displayed. Next I will try a full uninstall & reinstall - But will take 7 hrs to redownload the game. Prefer not to.
