F84F airspawns

I think

1. F-84F should trade BR with these shameless F-86A-5 and be 8.0 if they don’t have air spawn
   (Removal of air spawn in USAF variant needs to be followed)
2. If Gaijin reverts the air spawn of every exported 84F variant back, maybe F-84Fs can remain 8.3
