I can’t understand why F80C needs to be 7.7 when F80A is 7.0, there is not too much difference between them, just some load-outs and the .50cal, compared to the SU9 and SU11. The performance of the F80C might be one of the worst planes in 7.7, I just unlocked the F80C but it is terrible, no speed no firepower, I can’t even see someone play it as well, and I have no idea when it is in down-tier battle, meteor F8 will 100% kill me.

The C has a better engine than the A, Its top speed might not be that much higher but it accelerates a lot better and gets WEP.

That’s how it’s supposed to be, it has an injection system like the German MW50 (Methanol-Wasser 50/50). It’s a mixture which allows higher boost without blowing the engine up but the amount you get is limited.

Yes, that’s why the F80C is not worth 7.7, it is one of the slowest aircraft in 7.7, considering its firepower and maneuverability, 7.3 is better.

Gaijin has already forgotten all WWII and early cold war planes, which has been nerf a lot. same with those Navy fighters
The Ho-229 is not very good, and it is outlassed by the F-80A.
Also, they’re saying that the Me-262 is outclassed in every by the F-80C, so it shouldn’t be 7.3.

No, but I have been hit by 5 rounds which lit me on fire, then I died.
Plus, .50s are some of the best guns on propeller aircraft, they’re easy to aim, have good range, and they do decent damage. The only downside is that they are almost always wing mounted.

No it isn’t. When both are stock, the F-80 beats it in every way except initial turn rate.
The F-80 has better acceleration, and top speed, and energy retention.
