F80C and F80A

Su11 should go to 7.7 too. 262 C2B is only played well by dedicated players due to the shit guns. Can’t comment on Meteor.

And btw the F2H Banshee has a very similar flight model to Su11.

No, it isn’t, HO229 has a faster top speed and high-speed acceleration when it is over 700km/h. the energy retention is because HO229 has better maneuverability.

Yes it is similar, but acceleration and top speed is worse, if they move to 7.7, then will suffering F84G and better Meteor like mk8, but it has better fire power.

MK108 is pretty hard to use, and that’s why I insist that 262 needs to 6.7, which might save German JU288 players

The top speed difference isn’t that large, and the Ho-229 doesn’t have the acceleration to use all of it. Get the Horten to turn once, and it’s an easy kill due to its awful energy retention.

For F80, that is useless, Ho229 can catch you very easily with high-speed acceleration, and the only way F80 can do is cancer roll because HO229 is hard to aim at high speed, once in low speed the F80C is like suicide, even the low speed acceleration difference isn’t large as well.

Dont get stuck at low speed, You fight the 229 the same way a P-51 fights a Zero, Don’t dump all of your energy in flat turns and B&Z instead.

F-80s feel quite fine where they are, quite good planes. Only problem is they are immediately outclassed by planes one small step above them. Sabres and Migs at 8.0 and 8.3 can dance all over them. But HO229 is faster than F80, which is different from P51&Zero case, you can hardly escape from Ho229’s chasing.

7.3 has already got enough good planes, like Sea Meteor/SU11/ME262C-1, F80c drop to 7.3 is doesn’t matter, and the same with F9F-2, I don’t know how could they against 8.0 jets like MIG15ish or F86A

No, both AB/RB, and AB are much more painful because it will be against MIG21S.

From Gaijin’s efficiency, they might not change BR this year, we have wait 5 month to get BR extend, that might be true.

They are not. That’s like comparing an A-36 to a P-51.

Its not about the 7.3 planes, its about the planes at 6.7 and 6.3 it would face in a downtier. Its better that the F-80C suffers a bit in uptiers, than an entire BR gets demolished by it.

Why do you think F80C will demolish all down-tier? if so how about Sea Meteor, su11? down-tier always painful, not because the F80C

The solution is to move those up in BR instead of moving the F80C down.

The F80A is already somewhat questionable at 7.0, but we don’t need a 7.3 F80C.

We do need not only F80C drop to 7.3, but also others like F9F or ME262 move to lower BR.

Some 7.3 jets are better than 7.7 is a total joke, BR extension is also unacceptable, unless you move up all BR, even the ground vehicles, if you move those 7.3-8.0 planes, then what about 8.3-9.0? same logic. and also there is nothing too much difference between F80C and F80A
