Block 2: Sensor fusion and limited DASS (chaff/flare), PIRATE as FLIR only, DVI voice control, basic autopilot. New weapons: AIM-9L, ASRAAM-digital, AIM-120B AMRAAM, cannon
Block 2B: Software update flight control system (full air combat capability and basic multi-role capability), Striker data helmet, MIDS data link, more radar modes, full DASS, PIRATE, ground collision warning system. New weapons: IRIS-T analogue

yes but the problem about that one was the switz vehicle being a Hunter, we should not getten a “good” hunter while Uk still wants one. You think anyone would have said anything if we would have gotten a switz Leopard or one of the many non french vehicles?.

We absolutely love our east border neighbors. They are our closest partners and the one’s we work the most together with, so much so we even integrated part of our army into the Bundeswehr.
If anything, Netherlands is the best choice for Germany, we’d be filling a gap in the tree and we have extremely close ties to Germany, both culturaly and with our armies and other industries. We hated Germany after ww2, yea. But we had a German prince marry our queen after ww2 and we started loving our east neighbors more again, we have no hate for the Germans whatsoever.

You mean 11.3. Since 11.0 isn’t possible with 4x 9Ls.
F-4F is the best 10.7 in the game currently, and it has meta 9Js.
If 4 Pythons 3s on a very fast and maneuverable airframe (Kfir C7) are possible at 11.3 then so are 4 AIM9Ls on a Phantom at 11.0

Kfir C7 is a worse airframe than F-4F, it’s very much carried by its missiles.
Kfir cannot pull sustained as well, and cannot pull instantaneous as well.
And Kurnass 2000 is currently under-BR’d.
So no, it’s still 11.3 with 9Ls.
11.3 would be fine for me, too, but not 11.7 (I know you didn’t call for that, too) since that is where the F-4E sits at with 4x L and Sparrows.

We both agree there.
People underestimate the F-4F’s maneuverability.
Maybe due to lack of practice, but there’s a reason it’s strong and Germany upgraded their’s to ICE standard instead of purchasing F-18s until Typhoon was ready.
Granted, I know it can sound like I’m over-estimating them, but I’m using my F-4F and EJ Kai experience to dictate my stance.
And EJ Kai doesn’t have agile eagle, and I still think it’s more than competitive at 11.7.
If EJ Kai could be given AMRAAMs I’d say it go to 12.7 minimum just as I say F-4F ICE should.
The ICE with its full equipment (IRIS-T + AMRAAMs), could easily handle the current top tier jets and would buy Gaijin a few more years, before the Eurofighter becomes necessary.
That’s cause IRIS-Ts would be OP as they’re R-74/R-73M equivalent, not R-73 equivalent.
IRIS-T would warrant adding AAM-5B [not standard AAM-5], AIM-9X Block 2, Python 5, etc.
An F-18C with Sparrows would be balanced for 12.7 though IDK if Swiss Hornets ever used Sparrows.
I’d anticipate the F-18A coming soon at 12.3 for context.
Yeah, I think they could add 100 Swiss vehicles to the German tree and no one would mind, its a good place for their stuff. The problem was what they added and the fact they havent added a “late” hunter equivalent to the British Tree yet

Nor did any Gripen use Skyflash as far as I am aware. I think at this point, it doesnt overly matter.

Yeah, they could have added any number of British exports, instead they added a soviet export. Many would have prefered the Indian Sea Harrier over the Sea harrier FRS1 as our SQV (so long as the FRS1 also came to the TT)
