According to this datamine the R73 has an Off Bore Sight of 45 degrees while on the rail. So you aren’t wrong.

IDK about that. I do rather fine with my 11.0s, then again I use the best 11.0s: Viggen, Mig-21Bis, F-104S…

Gaijin is decompressing the game.
They’ve done it twice this year so far.
Initially with the top end for ground, and again for par of the upper end.
It’ll take time, but it’s better, cheaper, faster, and more effective than reverting those two changes & making 0.7 matchmaker that’s worse for everyone.

No, they are not decompressing, they are just transferring crowded BR, transferring issues.

11.0 was destroyed with Apex Predators update, but I dont think that F-4s is that bad against top tier, you simply cant dogfight them

Or so to speak. They can update and upgrade vehicles much faster than they can decompress BR. Gaijin’s low efficiency and bad attitude have led to these problems

They are decompressing.
11.0 was the top BR for ground in late 2022.
It’s moved up to 11.7 over this year, and will continue to be decompressed over time.
Decompression requires analyzing all vehicles.
Changing the matchmaker also requires analyzing all vehicles.
The problem is, russian vehicles wouldn’t be able to seal club anymore if they actually decompressed.

The f16 block 50 is from 1993 and the version in game is from 2005 or newer.

The MiG 21BISSAU was at 11.3 last year, but it has become 11.0 due to the addition of more powerful aircraft. Currently, aircraft such as the F4C and F105 of 10.0 have to face the MiG 21bis. But as soon as MiG 21bis enters 12.0, they will have to fight F16.

Mig-21Bis was 11.0 with R-60s.
It was given R-60Ms and stayed 11.0.
Bis vs F-16s is fine, and I say this as a Bis flyer.
I’ve already stated multiple times in the past that 9.3 - 10.7 is compressed, but nothing can be done until ground compression is fixed, and ground compression exists from 2.3 - 10.3 in varying positions, it’s not all compressed between those BRs.

I have played nearly 1000 games of MiG 21bis, and the performance of F16 far exceeds that of bis. Most of the time, bis defeats F16 only because of the player’s skill gap.
As for empathy, I think it should be mutual. Gaijin doesn’t care about the player at all, so I don’t have to sympathize with him. If he wants to do it but doesn’t do it well, I understand. But Gaijin is just perfunctory.
Pity a poor person who doesn’t change. I don’t think even angels would do that
