However thats not the issue.
For instance, 12.0 planes, like phantoms and whatnot, being uptiered by 0.3 to 12.3 isnt a hugedeal.
F-15 getting into 13.3 (which is basically 13.7 due to premiums) is pretty much a death sentence, as however good it’s FM is, fighting ARH slingers with HMS in a HMS-less sparrow platform is very… suboptimal. And because IR missiles are more or less equal, whats even left?
Again, yeah we all know decompression is required yada yada, but rest assured we arent getting 15.0 at the absolute least until summer, thus it isnt a realistic solution. You’d like it to be, I’d like it just as much, but it simply is not happening, period.

and now its Tornado Gr4 vs F-15A at just 0.3 difference which is just as huge.

It doesnt says “MSIP”, but having in mind there is only x3 F-15s at 13.0 its safe to asume its the A, not the AIM-120 one
People here complaining about the F-15A (US) moving down have clearly never played it.
