F/A-18C Late at 14.0?

Theyre fixing buff with repeating scan

F/A-18C currently underoerforms in STR, should accelerate slower by 3 seconds at some datapoint.

It might be better than F-16C, but still, it’s wrong

Dude is firing a 60+ degree off bore shot from below on a defending target.

“But R-77 bAd”

Lmao

With a particularly heavy load it will accelerate slower.
However, with equal load it will accelerate faster.

The US military doesn’t care for equal loads in their testing, only perceived loads of what they think is important.

That’s what people have been telling us R-77s are great at.

Don’t you see? R-77s are free kills at close range and “on level” in BVR. Smh Russian bias we need AIM-260s, AIM-174b, AIM-9X B2 and Meteor to compete.

Them: B-but you have amazing close range missiles capable of hitting really good shots

Also them: You aren’t allowed to hit targets <5km away when launching off-bore

I don’t think they are fairly judging the missiles.

First - Where did you get the thrust data at 1050 km/h for the hornet’s GE402 engine?

Second -
So you don’t care about the frontal drag in your calculations and what the data from the documentation says in general?) Ok.

Same document, but on futher pages. In DOD response
Page 79.

WTRTI, AKA localhost:8111.

Localhost means nothing. The engine values there may be incorrect. The data must be taken from the documents given in the message above.

Your post reads as “Localhost means nothing for the context of the game. You need to use this other data WT players can’t use.”
lol

Localhost is all that matters, and it’s accurate to the real engines anyway.
Players need in-game data to learn from.

missiles sometimes just miss, mine amraams has also just missed even though he was flying straight toward and i had him lock, it just happens lmfao

@WaretaGarasu could you do something with this report on the 18C late with regards to it receiving AGM-65E2s. Community Bug Reporting System

Should be E2s / Ls to begin with regardless of the airframe as base Es cant follow lasers from the host aircraft, only the E2 and L can do such, Raytheon themselves say such.

Raytheon: U.S. Air Force Completes Developmental Testing of Raytheon Laser-Guided Maverick - Aug 9, 2011

The E2 is the L. Air force just uses a different name E2 Navy/Marines, L Airforce. I am aware of the Es not being able to self lase but I am fairly certain Gaijin over looks this for gameplay purposes.

Another issue within WT is the E2 and the E are practically the same missile in game. Even though the DSAL seeker on the E2 greatly improved tracking.

Either way by the end of Fy15 all laser mavericks were to be upgraded to the E2 within the Navy and Marines.

Yes I said such.

In the end, I still see no reason the E2 should not supplant the E in game as is, and in the case of the seeker performance, such just needs to be addressed.
