F/A-18C Late underperforms in STR

Source about what? About 19.2 degrees per second STR for F18? It is indicated in the first message

Yes where did you get that number lol

Page 30

Thats 60 percent fuel 2xaim9 and 2xaim120 for your report.

Both our reports match up very well actually.

That’s what I indicated above. What was your question originally about?

Nothing I just misunderstood your message originally. My apologies.

The data I provided might come in very helpful to get the F-18 modeled correctly.

I tested the acceleration of F-18C given in the document at page 30.
In the game, at 5000 feet, the F-18C with 4 missiles and 60% fuel accelerated from 0.8 to 1.08 Mach in 18 seconds, while the document states 21 sec.
Than I took your doc.
200knots to 0.9 mach 23.6 sec with 100% load and 4 missles.
But in the game Hornet did it in 21.5 sec.
As I thought. The in-game F-18C has over-boosted acceleration.
For comparison, the F-16C block 50 with the same load did it in 22 seconds in the game. Slower than F-18C on the dev server.

Yes and the wing probably generates to much drag.

At least they are close though.

At what speed though? I’m easily getting 18deg/s at 700.

.65 Mach at sea level.

Also how did you get WTRTI to work on the dev?

WTRTI just works for everything with a cockpit.

17.9

2xaim9 and 2xaim120

As shown, look at the AAM in the screenshot.

At an unknown speed, not stated. But in wt it cant reach at any

The speed height and loadout is all specified in my source.

I posted bug report for STR and Acceleration

Bro even put it in Russian.

It would be better to make separate reports, at least regarding F/A-18A loadout

Whatever, what’s the difference )))

Well, two different planes, different issues
