A late version of the F-4F…you mean like the one already in game??
I know theres the Early and the one in game but the one in game isnt stated as late so gaijin can take it as a middle ground, a lot of people probably do not even realise theres an early.
But unless theres a better designation thats the best gaijin will do

This is correct, so give them the historical aim9l.
Pretty sure “Peace Rhine” is the ICE upgrade, which we already have and what this thread was originally about.
Peace rhein is the f4f late, it added agm65 compatibility and changed the pylons to aim9l. ICE was a separate later upgrade.
So we do actually have the Late in the TT. There goes that idea.
Which is why it should just get its 9ls and mav d’s finally. The only issue is then it knocks it up in br, but I’d rather fly an accurate aircraft at a slightly higher br.

None that are German. However, Germany did help Greece with the upgrade of their F-4Es to “Peace Icarus” standard, but Greece ain’t a German sub-tree so that’s a no-go.
IMO Gaijin should just give it 9Ls + 65D/Gs that Germany acquired between 1988 and 1990, and put it at 11.3 or 11.7
Yeah i found out, but the only real way i see people getting what they want is through a new aircraft as gaijin most likely wont want to change the current aircraft. Its the same with the JA37D and its amraams
I dont believe greece is anyones specific sub tree and so like australia could be dished out to nations that need it and are relevant to the nation

Would make quite a bit of sense unironically. Seeing as most if not all modern Hellenic AFVs are of German origin (Leopard 2A6HEL - > Leopard 2A7HEL), KF41 coming up soon, Marder 1A3 and it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense for them to be added to other nations at this point in time.
Greece would actually make for a much better sub-tree for Germany than Switzerland ever could, lol.

Air is a different story, it’d make some sense but as there’s already Greek vehicle on the American side it will probably be another un designated country across multiple nations

Greece would add their own phantoms and some French aircraft allowing Germany to have an easy sub tree and not rely on a phantom to be the main fighter until EFT

I can relate from a Ground RB perspective, where we basically fight in sim environment from a visual standpoint. I noticed its potency there too, but these listed advantages get negated by the increase in BR for air RB with the addition of markers.
Don’t forget Boxer Skyguard, Leopard 1, BMP 1A1 Ost, and a lot of other former NVA equipment.
Agreed. But that would lead to a lot of jets being removed, until something could be added to Germany.
But then we wouldn’t have something like the F-14 being added with no contemporaries.
