Why is the F-20A Pack no longer available on STEAM, Am I still able to buy that plane?

you can still buy the F-20A on the Gaijin store, its most likely not available on steam because the discount sales have ended.

My bet is that it got delisted due to the premium US F/A-18 outselling it by a mile.
My educated guess its that they’re going to delist it soon enough from the Gaijin store as well, and turn it into a GE premium shortly after.
Just like how the Tornado pack was removed while still being available on Gaijin Store, they probably don’t want to cut the shares of sales to Valve or something.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen that done - store planes get removed and returned after a while when FOMO has built up again, not turned into GE premiums afaik.
Almost all removed Gaijin store vehicles in the history of this game follow the following pattern:
Store premium pack (vehicle + GE + premium time)
==> removed from gaijin store
==> Unavailable for an indeterminate time period (often 3-5 updates)
==> Returned to the game as GE premium
==> Either gets hidden again or stays accessible to all as a permanent GE premium.
Most so far have been turned into permanent GE premiums, bar a couple exceptions.
