Moving it to 12.3 is highly controversial and is pushing the BR a lot. Only reason it moved down is because US players are generally pretty bad and they balance only via player stats

Well the IRIAF is the worst 13.0 and 13.0 in general is just hell. But that was a recent change and there’s no way he was playing only after the BR change.
You should make posts on how the F-18C Late, F-15E, Su-30SM, etc are bad next.
gaijin takes the average, which is the exact reason why the F-16A went to 12.3 instead of staying at its br. people don’t get an instant one button kill weapon and perform so bad it completely f##ks up the balancing. the best example is the XP-50, which, despite being one of, if not the most undertiered plane in the game, has now been at 4.0 for years.
word of advice: go play arcade
even planes with bad stats dont neccessarily deserve a downtier, just look at the BMK
Should this be 9.0 because it performs badly in the average player stats? NO because its flight performance is simply too good for it.
Here are more examples of planes with bad stats that shouldn’t be downtiered.

I watched a bunch of their replays today. They literally just go for base and not even try to flare any missiles going their way lol. Like literally gives up after dropping napalm

No, but the more experience a player has the more valuable his assessment is.
Because only with experience you know how to play a plane correctly.
That’s the reason why some planes in the right hand can dominate the whole lobby.
