Since the last update the Thailand F-16 got A HMS but I noticed it only gets the pilot HMS and didn’t have radar HMS. Is it in the plan or did just the dev forget to add radar HMS?

Radar HMS requires a compatible radar.
Yeah, this sort of stuff sadly happens when you give HMD to a plane that never integrated HMD…
Though considering the “AN/APG-66S” is wrong anyways, they might as well at this point. It’s pretty clear they don’t want it to be historical anyways, considering they preferred ahistorical HMD over removing AMRAAM for the lower BR or adding the missing countermeasures.
