People forget that F-22s are still rocking AIM-120C-5s & AIM-9Ms as their most common loadout in the 2020s.
Even if AIM-9X is an option for about a decade now.

It’s correct in acceleration at the least, FM is vastly superior to the F-15E.
This is only a feature on Meteor AFAIK (that is, cruising at anything other than max speed)
KH-31 doesn’t feature any sort of throttle control (also AFAIK), so no surprise it goes from 0-100 (or in this case, 3960) really quickly
lets be real, nobody waited this long for the f22 just for it to drop with 9ms, even if it carried them before, nobody wants that

An early F-22 with 9Ms would be pretty nice imo, a later F-22 w/ HMD would fit the AIM-9X better.
Man I would have loved to have Eurofighters with ASRAAM or IRIS-T at 14.3 when it first came 🫠
If that’s the case then it should be nerfed even more, since base Kh-31 is quite a bit slower so that means it needs all that extra burn time from the added length to go 100m/s faster
fair, but personally i think theyre gonna save that spot for the yf23, or who knows, maybe theyll add an early f22 and also a yf23 together

i see where youre coming from, but to me, an f22 with 9ms would make a lot less sense than a euro with 9ms
I don’t see why we wouldn’t see both (besides the YF-23 maybe being too ambiguous?), they could easily add YF-22 + F-22 (E) + F-22 (L) for different BRs.

tbh the most likely option would be the yf23 as a premium, and an early f22 as its tech tree counterpart at the same br
i guess its just weird to me because its comparing a 5th gen to a 4.5, i just see one as having more advanced weapons and equipment by default
I know they ruled out F-22 this year but I hope it comes in an early config alongside the F-35 wave™ if they’re to come in the Winter update
