But how could weapons be compatible with something that doesn’t exist 🤔
Truly a mystery.
Don’t see why not, both can use such.
I don’t exactly understand why the xray of the radar says “200km” but I can’t actually use 200km ingame

btw the APG-63 on the F-15A could lock at ~160 to ~185km
and should have a max scope scale of 160NMI (~300km)
and there have been multiple upgrades to extend range between then and F-15EX radar
ive tested a ton of rank 8 and 9 planes, and the only ones that seem to suffer from this are american top tiers, golden eagle, f18e, pobit, and now the ex. its really not a big issue currently, but if they ever decide to increase map sizes then id like to actually be able to use the range that the radars should have
every other vehicle ive tested can see the same range on the xray or even further, but every american plane is capped at 148km max, its just odd really
I don’t want to use the Sniper targeting pod. I’d rather use the LITENING targeting pod.
Thanks to all who put in work to get those reports out. Good work.
Just wanted to add that F-15EX could get the AN/APG-82(V)X first with Lots 9-12 in January 2031.
The upgrade features a denser power array thanks to the new GaN semiconductor, allowing electronic warfare operations and the fire-control tracking system to run simultaneously, while increasing range and detection capability against all targets, including LO, all while fitting into the AN/APG-82(V)1’s open architecture.

Will most likely be denied, but nice
So we just need to wait for the new in-game mechanics in the future.
23 hardpoints, but still can carry only 6 AGM-65D
Even with fantasy loadout there won’t be more than 8
The absence of MAWS is normal or can be considered correct because it indeed does not exist; the U.S. military only retained the reserved interface without actually installing it. Only the versions purchased by Saudi Arabia and the versions about to be sold to Israel have it.
