The main usa to complain about the smallest detail are fast but I also don’t see the main usa complaining about the f15 with the aam4 that has a mica engine since the aam4 weighs twice as much as the mica
They are the exact same plane just used in a different way by each nation, what the devs said was completely contradictory to what we have in the game, they didn’t want the F-15E to outshine the F-15C so they gave it a weaker engine, yet theres a carbon copy of the american F-15E WITH the better engine in the israeli tech tree, it makes absolutely 0 sense no matter how you spin it

Except there is not another Mig-29 in the game that has all it’s engine power, currently there is a F-15E in game that has the upgraded engines, if the F-15I has the 220 engines this would not be a issue.
but it never had 220, so giving US one 229 is only acceptable course of action

From the 1993 F-15E Strke Eagle manual it depends on the block of F-15E that gaijin has added.
incorrect, Boeing was asked specifically to make an upgraded version of the E, with better flight performance and avionics, specifically for air to air, which they succeeded at. The I is not an Israeli E, there are several differences. Also, the Ra’am has been using the PW 229s since it’s production in 1998, whereas the E got them only 2 years ago, and we have a 2010 version of the F15E, because of the HMD. The F15I was specifically designed to fit Israels needs, which was more air to air, so it’s better at air to air. Hope this clears some things up, I see a lot of confusion and misimformation in this strand

again, the f15i was designed to be straight up better than the e, which it was irl. the avionics were very upgraded compared to the f15e

They have identical flight performance and avionics in the game, only difference is the E having worse engines and the I not having mavericks, there’s 0 reason the E shouldn’t get the upgraded engines which it used in later blocks, if it’s acceptable for the F-15I to use those engines then so should the E

The devs have literally said that the F-15E didn’t get better engines because it would possibly be better than the C, why does that same gripe not apply to the F-15I?
what was so much better than US F-15E exactly? from what i see they just used different avionics not necessarily better or even if they are is it really by any noticeable amount?
the f15i is just a f15e compatible with israeli weapons

They gave a straight forward answer using all the mental gymnastics and questionable logic they could gather.
If the F-15I is a fighter, why is it in the strike aircraft line in the Israeli tree instead of the F-15/heavier fighter line?
