I’m not against the F-15E being buffed, but a lot of people don’t even want Israel to get an F-15I.
There’s a lot of people who want it to be removed from the game entirely because they don’t like the tech tree.

Well
Not a lot
Some ppl suggesting to add only PW220 F-15s in game. And bruh - 15I doesnt have option then.
It’s Challenge.
The drag was already nerfed, the 229 is still insanely good
Btw, 15E also get drag nerf
The 229s literally allow you to outrun missiles and evade without needing to chaff, they’re a lot better than most people seem to give them credit for
Yea I know, I was referring to both planes
Greetings, what is the flutter multiplier/wing rip on speed in game?
Yeah? If they’re pulling more than that without ripping their wings then that’s the real issue (unless it’s realistic for F-15 wings to survive high loads for short durations, of which I’ve got no clue).
This is a problem for all aircraft. Not only the F-15
That’s true, but I still think the idea of an aircraft being able to handle more load than their ultimate load factor for (very) short periods of time might be possible. The wings, airframe, or control surfaces not permanently bending is unrealistic, of course, but I’d guess modeling that would probably too much for the game engine and/or the average gamer’s computer.
Usually all have a factor of 1.5, exceeding this load will lead to failure. Gaijin could adjust the instructor to prohibit overloading.
bug reports are a waste of time
Gaijin does not model stress degradation of airframes, for the same reason as why armor in GRB is not modeled as degrading after multiple hits. Its a unfun game mechanic and really does not fit into WT.
This is also why the armor plate degradation in naval is just terrible, along with a number of the other “for realism” changes they made to naval which nobody wanted.
The FCS block for the leopards is the most recent example of realism over fun that has appeared.
People have been out running missiles since the 104.
You’re comparing outrunning aim 9Bs to outrunning R-77s and other fox 3s?
What I’m saying is the R-77 is a very high drag missile and if launched in certain situations yes it will be out ran by a mach 2 capable jet.
I shot an R-77 at an F-15I from 4km rear aspect and I was going over mach 1, he outran it
How fast was the F-15 I going at launch?
