this sounds like a massive assumption, theres a ton that can be optimized without even touching the design, i would find it very hard to belive they nailed the software first try. i can understand making the statement as far as the game goes, but i wouldnt really say that irl.
I can’t recall the name for the ECM it did have, but it wouldn’t change in BR because SARH barely exists at 9.7 and so equipping ECM would do basically nothing in ARB. How effective it would be in GRB could be interesting, but it’s not going to do anything against IR slingers.
Going up to say the Tornado Gr1 with Sky Shadow at 11.7. it’s already over BRed it’s hard to justify it even being 11.3 these days, let alone 11.7. I’d argue that it would actually mean it might be half decent for it’s current BR and so no change would be needed.
Harrier Gr7 has an integrated ECM and again, same answer. It’s already very high, I don’t see why it’s BR would change.
TLDR. I don’t think BRs would actually change all that much
This is how accurate it is per FAA for GPS 5m would be a good number for vertical error. Some reports earlier like a 2020’s one I also read did sub 5m vertical error rate.
