How much DL channels for Fox-3 F-15 should have? Is 2 right?
What does Mode 3/A mean?
Dunno, I’d assume the signal involves first a code for each missile followed by the information which is taken by the missile with said code. Or there’s a sequence respected by the missiles. We’ll possibly never know. If the question pertains to how many target you can fire at, 8. You can generate up to 10 track files.
This is just an interrogation mode 3 but for civilian aswell.

I tried to find some sekrit dokumints but found nothing
the MiG-29SMT has 4 in the game, too, 2. Rather, they will answer that the balance value
Thats probably the reason. They don’t want a mess nor server going kaput
You’d find them on -34-1s post 87’-89’ when it was introduced to the radar/FCS suite. Thats harder to come by than the normal flight manual. And they were looking for it(with appendix B on it - pw220), thats why F15C has/will have worse kinematics than the F15A despite being the opposite
Older tapes only had 1 target capability for them.

According to the DCS F-15C manual the AN/APG-63(V)1 can track 16 and engage 4 targets at the same time, wikipedia says 6 but no citations.

The AWG-9 is set to a max of 6 targets, so maybe just balance
