They already addressed that question. They don’t want to raise it to 13.3. I completely agree with that.

You forget that F-14 also has phoenixes. If it looses phoenixes and only gets 7Ps then yes, it could remain at 13.0
Ah if it didnt remove 54 i think it would be 13.0 same. 54 didnt great like a god even it get buff.
Right now it is hard to judge how effective AIM-54 is because only an absolute brainlet would not notice 69420 contrails in the sky. Biggest problem of F-14D and AIM-54 right now is the fact that everyone spams it. Because of that everyone expects phoenixes and counters them beforehand.
