Is just flat out worse in every single way than any vehicle within 1.0 br. Now the ONLY thing it had, the missiles, are worse than its competitors. Gaijin has three options. #1: Buff Fakour 90s to make them harder to notch, harder to dodge, and much faster, while giving it avionics upgrades to its radar and RWR.
#2: Lower F-14AM BR down to 13.0.
#3: Do nothing and let the plane rot.
Just shove it back to 13.3 where it should have stayed
or leave it put, but increase the BR of a LOT of other aircraft.

Honestly not needed
It can go down simply because it’s a terrible vehicle even if other stuff goes up
If people weren’t absolute morons it would be balanced at 13.0 rn, but since they aren’t it can stay at 13.3
Having rear-aspect-only AIM-9Ps for IR missiles at 13.7 is absolutely diabolical.
It 100% needs R-73s, as the MiG-29s got a while ago.

Watch it go up to 14.0 with R-73s because it’s still doing really well at 13.7 according to player stats
There aren’t many other options for the F-14A IRIAF.
A potential VNE higher speed at high altitude for the F-14A Tomcat was denied a year ago, apparently because it’s already realistic as it is.
The Fakours don’t have a alot of public information available, except for some Iranian excerpts and state media (which list Mach 5 speed for the Fakours).
The premium Su-30AMV/MKK have literally ruined the entire 13.3-14.3 bracket for all jets, including the brand new F-16XL event plane.
It’s pretty sad, but it’s the end for the Persian Tomcat.
With fewer people now playing it since the BR increase, the BR algorithm won’t change for it due to not enough statistics or data from players.
