Is there a reason to why the F-4EJ Kai and F-14A are at the same BR? F14A is better in every single way. Flight performance, Radar, FOX-3 missiles. Should the Tomcats go up in BR in general?
EJ Kai better in case of radar(have MPFR mode), RWR, IR AAM(9L against 9H)

The EJ Kai has a better radar than the F-14.
The AIM-7F is the best missile for both aircraft.
AIM-54s are just a skillcheck weapon.

For sim battles, all-aspect IR SRAAM is very important.
So EJ Kai have ones (and pretty good ones).
Have better radar.
Best SARH (after R-27).
So… yeah, its pretty solid plane.
Enough to contest with F-14A.
Well, I know that, but it still feels a bit unfair. AIM-9L are good but easily flared, AIM-7F is available to both planes + Tomcat gets AIM-54A which are not the best, yeah, but still very potent at 12.3 considering every other nation gets any FOX-3 at 13.3 at least, and once you run out of missiles the Kai is just food for the Tomcat. I find it weird that F14s were left out of the recent BR changes, but now that they announced the Iranian F14A it all makes sense. Not to speculate but I bet they will keep the BR lower initially so people grind for the event plane and then bump all Tomcats higher up later down the line.
