Besides the things you already listed, the F-16 also has an all aspect PD whereas the F-14 does not. I mean they’re pretty equal aircraft I agree but its a pretty complicated situation. The F-14 doesn’t really belong in 13.0, so does the F-16 since 13.0 aircraft completely outclass them.
