I like how you write as you are the authority that decides which of those nations “belong” to other nations.
Maybe it was you that decided that Hungary “belongs” to Italy?
Maybe it was you that decided that India “belongs” to UK?
Maybe it was you that decided that Finland “belongs” to Sweden?
Maybe it was you that decided that Switzerland and Argentina “belong” to Germany?
Maybe it was you that decided that Iran “belongs” to US?
Next time read properly before making replies…
I know what I’m writing.
If adding Iranian vehicles to US can proceed without and consideration of current relations between those nations and their players, then USSR tech tree should get Ukrainian Abrams, Leopard, Challenger,…
This has nothing to do with me, so your personal attacks are pointless. But it is common for people like you to go for personal attacks when they lack arguments.
Here we are taking about adding a third F-14 (and the one that is so similar to an existing one, that they added R-27 to it, so it could be differentiated) to what is already the biggest Air Tech Tree in the game.
It simply couldn’t go to some other tech tree that needed it (such as China, France,…). It had to go to one nation that had the least need of it.
It wasnt me who decided which nations should get or not but its also wasnt you who can be judge of that.
Gaijin has decided that those 3 nations will be part of Italy,Uk and Sweden, and whether like it or not those nations used Soviet equipments in real life.
No matter how many times you complain Gaijin simply doesnt care what you want, Iranian F-14 is the living proof for that.
They could also have added a basic Block -95 F-14A with prototype ordnance like the AIM-95 (Agile)/ AVG-8B (VTAS III), AGM-53 (Condor), AIM-152 (AAAM), HE Rocket warheads etc. and it would have been just as special.
They probably wanted to make this F-14 a bit more recognisable, considering how similar it is to existing aircraft in US tech tree.
For this reason alone, they never should have added it to US tech tree.
They should have given the F-14 to Japan trough 3rd series of the F-X program, rather then adding yet another F-14 to an already crowded US air tech tree.
That would be of no surprise.
Or, they could have simply added F-14D, that US players were requesting for a long time.
Instead of giving Iranian aircraft to it’s mortal enemy.
