For the new update are they going to buff the performance of the phoenix missiles ?
the pheonix was already reworked last update
Yes and they made it as wrong as before but differently…
cant wait for them to add jamming planes so the F14D can just slaughter them i really wish it just accelrated a bit a better
How exactly is it “so wrong”?
i believe it has something to do with its overturned drag profile as well as incorrect loft profile, i am not fully sure though, those are just a few things ive seen in here popping my head in every now and then
Are the durability pity buffs they threw at us noticeable?
Which do you mean exactly? The missile buffs, or the bomber buffs?
I can notice the Sparrow buffs big time, much better. Have not tested the AMRAAM’s yet meself. And idk if there were any Phoenix changes?
Damage models for all of the F-14s were greatly buffed:

Ooo, I have to pay more attention. I have played with my F-14’s some, but didn’t realize there were changes. Will post again after I play them some more 👍
Question everyone, weren’t we meant to be getting the correct HUD for the F-14D this major, or am I mis-remebering? I just thought I recall seeing a comment about it being addressed in the “next major” around when Heavy Cavalry lauched. On top of that, both of them still have a few undressed bugs

“Later” right, well that’s it just up in the air
Thanks
If you have any info please let me know: The AIM-54 Phoenix missile - Technology, History and Performance - #2799 by ItzMikeyzWRLD-psn
first off all this is the F-14 thread
second of all the 9M clipped into the amraams on launch
Yeah i know i know my bad
because they are more or less meant to be mounted with the top of the line missiles intended, so the 9X and D-(whatever block number here), so when mounted with AIM-9Ms there is some visual clipping issues with the lower rack the the fins of the 9M
Thought I gave it another try (aim120’s for f14D)
Please share🙏
