I can’t seem to find the controls to use EEGS on the Vark, and I can’t find anything on what binds I have to use. Do you guys know?

I mean when I press my binds for IRST and BVR modes nothing happens. I guess it doesn’t work, because I have the same issue with the F-8E.

Just a tip, get used to Target cycling and constant antenna elevation turned off as soon as possible, at top tier you will be able to do much more with those things turned off. For example quickly sellect your target while radar gives you 20+ returns and aim your radar for example lower while level flying

You seem knowledgeable and I can’t find a technical forum for the 'Vark. I’ve just researched the Countermeasures modification but did not receive any extra even though it’s installed, I still have the base 52x large calibre. Please don’t tell me this modification is just so we can select chaff, mixed etc…

What’s EEGS?

Well, in the past flares were not available stock. That modification unlocked them and chaffs and combinations at the same time. Now flares are stock, so this mod now unlock chaff and combinations.

To sum up

Yes it does

Enchanced envelope gun sight (EEGS) is the thing, that when you lock enemy with your radar, and you get in ~1.5km range from the target, your gun reticle turns on “CCIP”. It jumps away from the center of the screen and starts flying around the screen. If you then aim it on the enemy, and enemy does bearly any moves, your bullets will hit.

To sum up, it causes your reticle to jump into a spot, making a lead you need to hit the target.

Never seen that in any jet.

It is only on the top dogs now, you can see it either on the pilot or the radar.
