F-1 doesn't have RWR display in cockpit

Despite the fact that the F-1 does have a virtual RWR UI, it doesn’t have one in the cockpit. Here are some pictures and source links where you can see RWR display being on the right side of the controls panel. (Not to mention the rest of the instruments from the right side missing in game)

The RWR in the cockpit is on in most aircraft…

Because current cockpit of F-1 is copy-pasted from T-2(k) which lacked RWR

F-1 cockpit is just completely wrong at the moment.

Makes sense, why would the Snail spend time on some random ahh japanese plane when they could use it to copy-paste another soviet/american jet and make easy money out of it…

You’re mixing several thing there mate, this kind of behavior is not exclusive to Japanese aircrafts, many French or Swedish ones are also made the same way.
Even american ones : F-86’s are all using the same cockpit model from F-86A-5

F-1 and T-2(k) aircrafts are relatives to one another.

The T-2(k) appeared first in the game, and Devs assumed Cockpit would be pretty similar so copy pasted the cockpit model.

You can go on the Bug Report website and create a Bug report there : Without such Bug report, nothing will ever be changed.

Copy pasting cockpit for two aircraft with entirely different roles and avionics and calling it a day seems a bit lazy to me, at least they should have strapped the RWR display somewhere in the cockpit. Anyway, so I should always make a bug report whenever I want some missing feature to be added? Because it is not really a “bug”. Sorry I am relatively new to this forum stuff.

Go check on several other aircrafts in the game - it’s a basic thing they have done, because SIM community is not as numerous as other.

And yes you do have to make bug reports if you expect anything to be fixed - and this is only about expectation.

Yeah, happens WAY too often. Took 9 months to get the FRS1 its correct cockpit, it had the GR3 cockpit, including the recessed pilot position so it had terrible visibility and 15 months on from the cockpit being added, it still has the wrong HUD.

As Cpt_Bel said, Sim is the devs lowest priority, always has been, always will be. Its why we’ve not gotten a new map in 2.5 years and it still has the same old problems it always has had

and yeah, modeling issue like this are considered “bugs” to be reported here:

But looks like it was reported 2 years ago:

You definitely shouldn’t waste your time on this.

And that kind of comments is the reason we do have the same in-game problem.
