Explanation of how RP rewards are processed

I started noticing that the RP rewards that my Swedish T 80 U got for vehicle research is always at 90% of what the modification research is. I’m currently researching the Lvkv 9040C which is within the T 80s max efficiency range, rank 6 research from rank 7 vehicle.

So even though a vehicles statcard says “max vehicle research efficency: rank (-1) - (+1)”, when you research a vehicle 1 rank behind the played vehicle you will automatically lose 10% RP.
