Not a bug, (ammunition is a balance factor). From the bug report team themselves…thats why.

iirc DM63 use a different propellent than DM53 and ig it would mean the ammo are less prone to explode but otherwise are the same. DM73 have better propellent which mean slightly higher pen but gameplay wise it wouldn’t be that big of a deal.

Also, if the M829A3 were to be added, they gonna add an equivalent or better dart to the RUS tree which they don’t really have unless Gaijoobles plan to add the T-14 or more experimental 152mm.

As other people pointed out the date of introduction does not matter when it comes to stuff being or not being in game. This has already been answered and other threads like this one have already been closed.
