Unfortunately had a few folks who took the work I and others worked hard on and claimed it for themselves on other sites / platforms. I am not of the belief that this is acceptable and for that reason disabled downloading. It will not be re-enabled.

Sad, though I was already in the back of my head thinking that was the reason… I do understand it though, as I think a few people might’ve used an Excel (or parts of it) I created for War Thunder to publish their own stuff publicly… though in my case the file is supposed to be downloaded for people to utilize, so would’ve been counterproductive to block it.

Personally I would like it if all possible options were to be added for decals.
And maybe camouflages in the future as well? ;)
Camouflages are planned. The whole table will undergo a rebranding of partner promotions in general, not just decals, as in recent months / the past year or so more promotions with things like camouflages or vehicles have popped up.
Some of these will have to be specially marked though, due to the fact that camouflages in particular for some promotions are typically new player or 6-month-returning players only.

Players in CIS regions can use a PixelStorm account to redeem bonuses. Players outside those regions with a Gaijin.Net account can use a Gaijin.Net account. The link you provided is an RU link, therefore it is tied to PixelStorm. There is info on transferring a Gaijin account there too. There are / will be some things that are now exclusive to PixelStorm account users, per their FAQ. This works very similar to DMM for Japan.
I will be making some changes to the table to clearly reflect this, so that players don’t get confused.

I didnt recive The Pandramodo decal after bought a GE pack with his link and there is no any discount How do I fix this ?
