I mainly play the big 3 nation, and reached rank VIII, that means I have good crew skills that build up through the grinding. But I realize most event/squadron svehicle (mainly top tier planes) that in the countries that I don’t really play. Because top tier plane heavily rely on crew skills. It’s not like I don’t have the player skill. So if I want play them, the only way is GE the crew skills/cope or is there any other better ways?
You have answered your own question.
Not sure there is any other way if it’s a country you don’t play. You’ll either have to pay to push them up to whatever level you feel they need to be effective, or grind through the progress.
It only costs about 1000 GE or €5 to get a crew up to about halfway, for ground it gets a fresh crew to level 60ish when allocated between 4 crew, and an air crew up to level 35-40 when maxing pilot stats and some extras.
Crew skills should never be an issue unless you are a completely F2P player, which is not really feasible in wt anymore
