The Welkin, not no name. The Scimitar is either a later Scimitar or the Sabre version.
what does this change its some random british light tank it likely wont have anyflashy features welkins just some mosquito model upgrade likely wont be that interesting compared to prime events
if anything out of three britain things this is the best

This made it hard. Coastal only have Rank 1-4, sure you can use bluewaterfleet but that will be slower in my opinion depending on the nation and the ships you used, but if your using costal you probaly can get it within 2-3 matches. You should be allowed to use Rank 1 costal grind or atleast Rank 2, the Top tier Rank of costal is Rank 4 which is very low and to get to rank 3 it takes quite a long time and it is basically semi top tier.
