Its pretty clear they cant get CAPTOR-M to work, so I do agree. Its time to give up and just add CAPTOR-E.
Just add the Typhoon T1 at 14.0 in a year or 2 when they figure out how to add CAPTOR-M.

Smin said that the Skin will be changed so that it will be a T2 but i dont think that it will happen anytime soon
