Eurofighter Typhoon (UK versions) - Technical data and discussion

Looks like it has the double wing pylons for 6+6 loads tho, and should be able to do 2+8 or 4+7 as well iirc?

Striker is the same one used in the AH-1Z helicopter right? I wonder if it has a similar display.

Doesn’t Cobra Zulu uses TopOwl?

When are 7 Aim9M ever going to be good though?
Yes ASRAAM as a long range IR missile but 9Ms?

i meant specifically the restriction to at most 6 amraams. the TMC doesnt carry amraams.

anyways, who here has learned enough to tell me whats wrong with this specific loadout

It may have been upgraded, I do not know. I know that the AH-1Z was qualified with Striker 1.

@Flame2512 Do you know if the Eurofighter variant in-game used the production HMS or does it use the prototype configuration?

No TMCs.
They are always there not to be removed and thus also no Aim9

Whats a TMC?

Was referring to this load tho. but with the replacement of the inner outer wing IRAAM with an AMRAAM like in the pic you showed. (Also not well versed on the names of the EFT pylons)

Afaik, tho there is no pic of an EFT flying with the wingroot BVR AAM’s, they are referenced a few times. There shouldnt be any physical limitations to doing so either, nor should there be any wiring limitations afaik.

Ah right, thanks.
Would like the cheek pylons (not sure on their name)
To allow more Aim120s

Unless we are limited to 6 for “balance”

yeah tho the trailer one looks funky. Bit too thick.

NVM i didnt mean the TMC i meant the ITSU

This is why i am asking

They honestly do, but they could change it soon hopefully

Small bombs, Brimstone?

Brimstone is different

watch them bee BOL versions of the pylon and the Typhoon comes with the ability to run 6x BOL pylons xD

Edit: Actually, my funny guess might be right…
