The reason why I died was because the dude I’m fighting was playing aggro so I died because I couldn’t pull into a notch in time after I fired a missile at him.

We ended up in a dogfight and I died because I had too much fuel while he was on min fuel

What evidence. All you have shown is that under controlled conditions. In a custom battle. BOL chaff can work fine, and yes, I can usually notch missiles fine about 75% of the time. But again. Why MUST BOL be artificially nerfed for ALL aircraft and if it’s fine for some, then let’s use that method for any aircraft that is performing slightly too well
Do it in NE not a custom battle with no server lag or issues
if your trying to notch 5 S-300 shooting at you, maybe the plane is not the problem to be honest

I will continue to release bursts of chaff until the RWR/MAWS stops showing a threat. That is rarely after a few BOL, usually patterns of 20+
As far as I am aware, this is what most people do, and will continue to do. Periodic Chaff deployment I think is the recommended way to notch with a BOL carrier.at least I think I recall that being what Gunjob recommended back when the nerfs first came in
