Time to continue the discussion for the best looking aircraft

I dunno if third person MFDs would be super useful in ARB. But Gaijin has really goobered up a lot of MFDs in game, especially in Minor Nations like Japan and China (You literally cannot tell how many missiles you have left on the J-11B from inside the cockpit).

A lot of the cockpit work is just shoddy at best, like the F-16s being put in Dogfight mode 24/7.

Not to mention for some reason only the Typhoons and MKI derivatives have NTCR In the cockpit.

Should be optional, maybe even being able to select it on an aircraft by aircraft basis rather than being a blanket option.

But some, like the RWR on the Harrier GR7 and Tornados I greatly prefer than the Generic one and the radar screen on the Typhoon looks quite clean too. I dont think they can be 1 to 1, but certainly heavily inspired by the MFDs in the cockpits

As mentioned earlier, low priority as few people actually want it, make it usable without being a disadvantage and more people would care

Gotta go for a cameo

Fourth place

It would be super great for sim players, but only ~1% of the playerbase touch that mode.

That would make sense. Especially if Gaijin adds AWACS or something of the sort, so you can have a MFD up and see enemies on datalink.

Yep, we just need the next Moggy or Blackjack now for true peak.

Speaking of, If any of you are interested in trying sim, the AESA Typhoon is probably the best plane to try it in.

Good cockpit, HMD, Avionics, FM, and the missiles aren’t too bad, and you get MAWS.

Plus you get 9Ms which are Demons in Sim.

Maps are too small for it.

We need much larger maps for top tier to be fun

Yeah, I’ve noticed that the maps are a good size for aircraft around 12.3-13.7, but once you get into ESA territory you can basically scan the whole map with your radar.

Still though, I think it’s more enjoyable than ARB.

It can be. Ive not touched ASB in over a year. Im bored of the maps, the lack of objectives, etc. At any BR.

I found anything above about 12.3 ish just too… small. You dont really have time to do much in anything before someone is hunting you

You will play Denmark, you will capture points, and you WILL Enjoy it.

That’s fair.

I really hope Gaijin adds a Sim mode for Nuclear Escalation, since that would fix the map size and objective problem.

That would be interesting to try, but Id still want the full sized map for top tier

I figure Gaijin will probably make the maps bigger again for next gen Fox-3s.

Sadly, knowing War Thunder, Everyone is still gonna furball in the middle.
