31 kind of proves that dubious. Can carry more than twice the sea eagles hawk can, but sea eagle actually impacts the target well unlike 31 which barely does anything. It’s more the warhead weight than quantity or any other features.
With how fast naval targets can repair, what you need to reliably sink a target is hit it in multiple spots, ideally simultaneously.
You can get lucky, but I usually find it takes 2 per target.
If they do what I think they should, which is to disable ai naval from being able to repair anything more than light damage, then that wouldn’t be an issue anymore
Heads up. Just got taken out by an Aim-120D that didnt trigger RWR or MAWS until it was within 4km.
My AMD ReLive keeps disabling itself for no apparent reason, so couldnt capture the view on my end and the server replay shows RWR pings. But im 100% sure there was no RWR pings in the moment. So for now going to have to chalk this up to Bug Thunder and Ive fixed my ReLive… again… so if it happens again I can get an actual accounting of what happened.
But keep an eye out for suspicious deaths to Fox-3 missiles that never appeared on RWR

Been happening quite alot, although not to me suprisingly but to my buddy in the su 30 (me being in the f-2a). Although i have noticed i get no rwr pings from friendly arh missiles being shot at me which im assuming is intentional.
do you know if there is a good report in yet for it?
There is a filter in the setting for friendly contact in RWR. So Fox-3s might be included in that?
I had this issue and went back to older drivers, and then recently it kept breaking again so i just started using OBS

You’re not the only one, after this uptade I noticed RWR fails to warn you in time on many planes.
Couple days ago Rwr on my MiG-29KR didn’t even warned me about incoming Fox-3 missile until 2km left, at that point it was already over.
Funny thing is missile was in RWR coverage zone but for some reason it didn’t triggered it.

Does anyone feel like EF is very wobbly with instructor on? Su30,27,Rafale,F15 none wobbles much as EF with mouse controls.
They made it a lot better in the last major, but I do feel like something has changed in the past day or so

I’ve been only playing EF for a couple days so i cannot comment on what it was like before but currently feels a bit awkward to handle with mouse, no problems while using the keyboard controls. Reminds me the old floaty fms of the delta wing aircraft.
Feels like something’s changed for a few obscure articles in the last day or so.
Pre March 2025 rudder was built different
