well the last question many of us likely would have what is with fnf armament of the current EF.
it could receive spice 250 as well, or maybe give it hosbo/pgm as a lesser one.
And restrict spice 250 to the aesa one.
But the current eft still being left alone is a bit sad
Hear me out:
Current EFs get up to 4 HOSBO
AESA gets the HOSBO but also the Spice 250
What were you trying to change?
Change ACM and HMD range.
I wonder, is it realy not possible to use the Laser from the PIRATE for Laser weapons?
Or game limit?
PIRATE has no laser.
Yeah, no laser to use, but would love pure GNSS version of GBUs or for SAL+GNSS weapons to be taken without tpod. Would be good for both the GR4 and Typhoon
And why can we than activate an Laser in PIRATE Sight?
Gaijin
It has a TGP with a laser, they seem to be tied in some way, so it has to have it.
b-but, no TGP mounted

That should be doable. You just trying to see for your own amusement what a fully maxed out ECRS would look like?
But the code, the code does it thing.
Pod is currently Litening III on the ECRS Typhoons. RAF is currently using Litening V on Typhoon FGR.4, and Germany put an order in for them in August.
While Litening III already has the game’s max thermal resolution, is there anything they would benefit from by having Litening V? Other than it simply having the name of the pod on the German and British planes changed
I doubt much that is currently modeled (perhaps better resolution? or better zoom?), but maybe in the future there will be more stuff modeled.
(link from Gunjobs FGR4 (late) suggestion)
but would be cool to get, its an option for one my “Additional upgrades” on my dev forum thread
Negative, it has 3 (1200x800), while we have 3+ (1920x1080) (i dont think anything uses it, but it exists)
I like how when it runs out of letters its not actually limited on the character set and just keeps going
Yeah as I understand it, Litening III is 3rd gen, but actually lower than HD resolution, where Litening V is 3rd gen full HD resolution so IRL has better imaging.
But Gaijin only assign ingame resolution based on generation, rather than detector/image resolution of the devices so there wouldn’t be a distinction.
As I understand it, V has some IRST or GMTI-like features for displaying tracking indicators of multiple airborne and ground targets within its field of view. But not sure if that’s something the game can do with targeting pods.
