Really? Is the fuel in that small missile body enough for that as it doesn’t really differ in its dimensions from the default SPICE 250? The sources I found also say “around 81 miles/130 km”.
Seems they somehow made it work.

Oof, sounds kinda like black magic or the range of other missiles like the SPEAR 3 is heavily understated.
You have to fit the engine and the fuel tanks into that small frame without changing the dimensions of the missile/bomb body too much after all… Could that be a typo in the brochure? 200 km would sound way more realistic even if that’s still a very long range. Speed would also be interesting to know.

MBDA have a track record of doing that
SPICE 250’s glide variant has a 100km standoff range per rafael. I suspect these are the most optimal of optimal conditions it’s in.
@Smin1080p_WT Spice250 can be only equipped on 1 out of the 3 pylons. Is this for balancing reasons or a lack of sources?
So maximum height, at maximum speed with tailwind during the whole flight envelope.

Funnily, that link in the report talks about the “SPICE 250 ER” (the mini-cruise-missile one with a turbojet), so it’s the wrong SPICE :D
