I created a report Community Bug Reporting System regarding the problems with VR, but looking at the number of bugs occurring on VR whose reports are more than a year or two old, I think it will not be fixed. Here is a link to another report on Dead zone in hmd. Community Bug Reporting System In this case, we can also count on sending information to the developers? @Gunjob If developers need help with diagnostics, ( because it looks like they don’t test their work before releasing it to players, maybe they don’t have VR? ) I am happy to take the time to meet.

Did you use the KWS or the 29G? Perhaps something else?
I find the KWS nearly unusable due to its flight performance, even at 13.0 But it cant go lower because it DOES have 4 AMRAAMS.
The 29G is a far superior jet flight performance wise but its systems are archaic. Its mainly its abysmal RWR that holds it back.

I’m mostly using the KWS, as well as spading the Mig-29A and 23MLA. Using the 21bis or any rank VII plane works too.
For the Phantom, I usually climb up and shoot 2 120s at the 2 closest planes when I hear my RWR go off, and then drop down and stay fast to use the 9L/Is.
I got a Talisman on the MiG-23 MLA in a previous sale.
All in all unlocking the EF took me about 7-8h I’d say.
Ohh man I am about 7 hours in and not even at 25% done…

Basebombing I presume? If so how do you get “around” all the other jets that are doing the same but are SO much faster than you are?
morvran plays sim, thats why he uses the GR4
Actually had a few RB matches with 3 or 4 base kills. Surprisingly few base bomb at that BR in ARB. Also 2x Aim-9Ms can get the odd kill, especially if they are just expecting Aim-9Ls (also quite fun dogfighting with the new FM)
Also 600 flares + 600 chaff + MAWS, you can just punch through everyone. But I did also do some of it in Sim

Actually, given the 12.7 BR of the GR4 in SB and the fact every match was just a wall of F4F-ICEs. I did quite a bit in RB instead. Normally I do most of it in SB though.

MiG-29A or G (if you want bit more of a challenge) with a talisman is the way to go.

I used both the f4f ice and the mig29g. Just bounced back and forth as i got bored of one aircraft and then got bored of the other. Honestly they’re both fine imo. Just focus on thier strengths. the mig29g just play like a rat and position yourself low at close ranges, the R27er is still very potent in bvr as well. The f4f ice is the exact opposite. You have nothing but 3 advantages, good rwr, good radar and aim120. Stay at range and try to missile joust. You pretty much auto win any 1v1 vs a fox 1 carrier and you can keep up with quite a bit as long as you keep your distance. Anything closer than 10km and you’re kinda screwed unless the li decides to hit. you’re easily overwhelmed by multiple people in bvr as well.
I commend you for being able and willing to withstand the insufferability of that machine
Is it just me or the is the eurofighter radar currently the worst radar at top tier? Sometimes a MIG 29 can get an earlier lock on me because even after hammering my lock button i cant track shit with this crap radar. Not to mention Rafales/F15s etc
edit: I almost broke my keyboard because I couldnt get a track/lock on a rafale which had already fired 2 micas at 6 km in medium altitude
CAPTOR appears to be the worst yes.
The excuse is that Gaijin has “almost no data” on it so just decided to barely improve it over Blue Vixen and stick that on the jet

Honestly, if you want to like the f4f ice. Try it on 13.0 sim days. You have to worry about the fakour 90 f14, but that’s really about it bvr wise. nothing else really holds a candle to you besides maybe the new colombian kfir, but i’d still rather have aim120 over derby.
